Leipzig shoegazers NIL share their Debut EP ,somewhere nice' out today (march first). NIL's Debut settles somewhere between longing, ecstasy, and melancholy, while combining the bands various influences from shoegaze, postpunk and indie, into a charged wall of sound. On top of the driving drums, connecting with powerful yet melodic basslines, there are floating surfaces of reverb, which are broken up by crystal clear guitars and energetic, yet soulful vocals.
